Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is in a prime downtown location in Quebec City, very close to all the attractions in Old Quebec City, making it super convenient for exploring. The rooms were a bit run down, but the bed was comfortable. The service at the reception desk was lacking, and they did not respond promptly to fix issues. The hotel offers tours/ticket assistance and a happy hour, which is a nice touch. The dining experience includes home-made pies and jams, a cozy and authentic treat for guests. The facilities are satisfactory, but the room windows provide only limited views, missing the opportunity to showcase the beautiful area around the hotel.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location is perfect, right in the heart of Old Quebec City with everything close by. The rooms were cozy, but on the smaller side. The service could have been more responsive to requests, but the happy hour and tour assistance were nice touches. However, the lack of included dining options was a downside.
The hotel is perfectly situated in Old Quebec City, close to all the main attractions, making it super convenient. The rooms are cozy and equipped with everything you need, although I wish they were a bit more spacious. The service was generally good, but I had a bit of an issue with a request that wasn't attended to promptly. Dining options were satisfactory, but not included in the rate. Overall, a great value for the money spent.
The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Old Town Quebec City, which is perfect for exploring all the nearby restaurants and entertainment. The rooms are in very run-down condition and have average bedding, but each has its own bathroom, providing basic comfort. However, the service fell short as they did not respond to fix issues in my room despite asking at the reception desk.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Old Quebec City, making it convenient to explore the attractions. The rooms were comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, but the lack of response to fix an issue was disappointing. The on-site dining options were limited, but the tours and ticket assistance at the reception desk were helpful.
The hotel is in a prime location in the center of Quebec City, very close to all the attractions in Old Quebec City. The rooms are a bit run down, but mine had its own TV and a comfortable bed. However, the service at the reception desk was unresponsive to fixing issues. The hotel offers tours/ticket assistance and a nice happy hour. The dining experience is not included, and they serve thin crispy fries. The location is convenient, close to many tourist attractions. The quaint patio area is a nice touch, but some facilities need improvement. Although not perfect, the hotel offers good value for money.
